Part of a trade I was doing with , he wanted me to draw his character, but its not very often I do that kind of thing.. and I explained that I do art that has to do with my life.. At the time I was arranging this with him, I was going through an incredably hard time of my life.. I had severe depression after a fight with my best friend who I thought I'd never see or be friends with again.. Thankfuly we are friends dispite our ups and downs, and I love them very much.. But at the time I was starting this artwork, I didnt have her.. I was finaly having to do things by my self.. it was hard, dealing with the depression, it was so severe I needed to be medicated, as I wasnt eating or sleeping. I remember how hard it was to even move, every thing I did took double the effort..

So, I thought in my mind, about Trunks, and how future gohans death affected him.. To experience Grief is a truely terrible thing, the los of a friend to me was like them dying.. The only thing that really helped me feel a bit better over time was this song, from Oleander, it gave me a bit of strenghth..
